  "text": "In regulation 11 of the principal Regulations, there shall be added–\n(a) in sub-paragraph (a) after the word “establishments” the following words\n“or, in the case of Cranfield Information Technology Institute, the persons responsible for the management thereof”,\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b) after the words “governing bodies” the words “or persons”.",
