Laid before Parliament 10th September 1991
Coming into force 1st October 1991
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 100(1) and (3) and 111A of the Education Act 1944 and vested in the Secretary of State the Secretary of State for Wales hereby makes the following Regulations:
