# The Education (Grant) (Bishop Perowne High School) Regulations 1995, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations authorise the Secretary of State to pay grant to the governing body of the Bishop Perowne High School in respect of legal and other expert advice relating to a defective roof of a gymnasium used for the provision of educational services at the School.
