# The Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Finance) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations revoke regulation 1 of the Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Finance) Regulations 1990 by virtue of which those Regulations apply only to England. Thus, with effect from the coming into force of these Regulations, the earlier Regulations will extend to both England and Wales.
