Regulation 2

Regulation 1(2) of the Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Finance) Regulations 1990^f1 is hereby revoked and accordingly, with effect from the coming into force of these Regulations, the first-mentioned Regulations shall extend to both England and Wales.
