# The Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Finance) (Amendment) Regulations 1992, Regulation 4


In Regulation 9—
(a) in paragraph (1), the words “Without prejudice to regulation 10” shall be omitted; and
(b) in paragraphs (1)(c) and (2), after the words “regulation 8” there shall be inserted the words “or, as the case may be, regulation 10(4)”.
