Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Initial Governing Instruments) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st September 1994.

Any reference in these Regulations to the principal Regulations is a reference to the Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Initial Governing Instruments) Regulations 1993^f1
