# The Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Initial Governing Instruments) Regulations 1993, Regulation 3: Initial articles of government


For the purposes of section 56 of the 1993 Act, the initial articles of government of a grant-maintained school shall be as set out in Schedule 2 to these Reglations.
