# The Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Initial Governing Instruments) Regulations 1993, Paragraph 2: Application of Part II


This Part shall apply to the Governing Body if the School was—
(a) a county school immediately before it became grant-maintained; or
(b) established in pursuance of proposals published under section 48 of the 1993 Act
