# The Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Initial Governing Instruments) Regulations 1993, Paragraph 32: Public access to meetings


Any question whether any person who is not a member of the Governing Body or the Clerk to the Governing Body should be allowed to attend meetings thereof shall be determined by the Governing Body.
