  "heading": "Delegation of functions",
  "text": "(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2) and paragraph 40 below, the Governing Body may, in such circumstances as they think fit, delegate any of the functions conferred on them by or under any enactment, including any functions conferred on them by or under the articles of government for the School, to any committee established by them or to any member of the Governing Body.\n(2) Sub-paragraph (1) above is subject to any provision of the articles of government for the School requiring a function of the Governing Body to be delegated to a particular committee of the Governing Body.",
