This paragraph applies where in accordance with the preceding provisions of this Instrument or the provisions of the articles of government for the School any function has been delegated to a member of the Governing Body or a committee established by them.

(2)

Any member or committee to whom a function of the Governing Body has been delegated shall report to the Governing Body in respect of any action taken or decision made with respect to the exercise of that function at the meeting of the Governing Body immediately following the taking of the action or the making of the decision.
