# The Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Initial Governing Instruments) Regulations 1993, Paragraph 42: Constitution of appeal committees dealing with admissions and exclusions of pupils


An appeal committee established in accordance with the provisions of the articles of government for the School made in pursuance of paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 6 to the 1993 Act shall be constituted in accordance with Appendix 3 to this Instrument.
