# The Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Initial Governing Instruments) Regulations 1993, Paragraph 6: Application of Part III


This part shall apply to the Governing Body if the School was—
(a) a voluntary school immediately before it became grant-maintained; or
(b) established in pursuance of proposals published under section 49 of the 1993 Act.
