Subject to sub-paragraph (2) below, where the School is a primary school, the Governing Body shall include such number of parent governors as is specified in the Proposals.

(2)

Where the School is a primary school in respect of which proposals for the acquisition of grant-maintained status were published under section 62 of the 1988 Act, the Governing Body shall include five parent governors.

(3)

Where the School is a secondary school, the Governing Body shall include five parent governors.
