Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the the Education (Grant-maintained Special Schools) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st June 1994.

Any reference in these Regulations to the principal Regulations is a reference to the the Education (Grant-maintained Special Schools) Regulations 1994^f1.
