  "text": "In regulation 2 of the principal Regulations (interpretation and general modification)—\n(a) in paragraph (1), the definition of “relevant particulars” shall be omitted; and\n(b) after paragraph (2) there shall be inserted—\n“(3) Any reference, whether express or implied, in any enactment applied by these Regulations to another enactment so applied shall have effect as if it were a reference to the enactment as so applied.”.",
