# The Education (Grant-maintained Special Schools) (Initial Governing Instruments) Regulations 1994, Paragraph 13: Tenure of office: general


(1) Nothing in paragraphs 11 and 12 above shall be taken to prevent a governor—
(a) from being elected or appointed for a further term of office; or
(b) from being disqualified, by virtue of paragraph 5 above or paragraphs 15 to 18 below, for continuing to hold office.
