# The Education (Grant-maintained Special Schools) (Initial Governing Instruments) Regulations 1994, Paragraph 15: Disqualification for holding office: persons under eighteen years of age


Any person who is under the age of eighteen years shall be disqualified for holding office as a governor of the School.
