Paragraph 13 Terms, holidays and sessions

It shall be the duty of the Governing Body to determine—

(a)

the dates at which the school terms and holidays are to begin and end; and

(b)

the times at which the school session or, if there is more than one session, each school session is to begin and end on any day.
