  "heading": "Admissions: arrangements for admission of pupils to the School",
  "text": "(1) The Governing Body shall determine, and may from time to time revise, the arrangements for the admission of pupils to the School in any school year.\n(2) The arrangements for the admission of pupils to the School (whether as initially determined or as revised by the Governing Body) shall not have effect unless they have been approved by the Secretary of State.\n(3) In this Article, arrangements for the admission of pupils to the School shall include the policy to be followed by the Governing Body in determining applications for admission to the School.",
