  "text": "Section 68 of the 1993 Act, applied to grant-maintained special schools by paragraph 12 of Schedule 11 to that Act, shall have effect in relation to the governing body of a grant-maintained special school subject, in the case of a grant-maintained special school established in a hospital, to the following modifications—\n(1) in subsection (5)(c), for the words “land and other property” there shall be substituted the words “property other than land”\n(2) in subsection (5)(f), the word “land” shall be omitted; and\n(3) subsection (7) shall be omitted.",
