Regulation 6 Special Schools

The Secretary of State may pay grants to persons other than local education authorities by whom special schools are maintained or proposed to be maintained in respect of approved expenditure incurred by them for the purposes of, or in connection with, the provision (or proposed provision) of education in special schools.
