  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations authorise the Secretary of State to pay before 31st March 1990 a grant not exceeding £527,170 to the governors of St. Augustine’s Church of England Junior Mixed and Infants School, Kilburn, London, to help meet expenditure to be incurred by them in providing premises for the School. Payment is subject to such requirements as the Secretary of State may specify.",
