  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations further amend the Education (Grants for Disabled Postgraduate Students) Regulations 2000.\nRegulation 9(2) is amended to increase the maximum amount of grant payable from £5,120 to £5,245. Under regulation 4 the increase will not apply to an academic year beginning before 1st September 2002.",
