  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThese Regulations amend the Education (Grants for Disabled Postgraduate Students) Regulations 2000 (“the 2000 Regulations”).\nRegulation 3 of the 2000 Regulations is amended to exclude from eligibility for grants those students who are in receipt of an NHS bursary, whether or not this bursary is means tested. Previously, only recipients of means-tested bursaries were excluded. Regulation 3 is also amended to exclude from eligibility for grants under the Regulations students who are eligible for bursaries under the Care Standards Act 2000.\nRegulation 9 is amended to raise the maximum level of grant from £5,245 to £5,370.",
