Regulation 2 Payment of grant

The Secretary of State may on or before 28th February 2001 pay a grant of such amount as he may determine to the governors of the Purcell School (“the School”) in respect of expenditure incurred or to be incurred by the governors, on, or in connection with, the refurbishment of the School’s premises at Aldenham Road, Bushey, Hertfordshire.
