# The Education (Grants) (Purcell School) Regulations 2000, Regulation 4: Requirements to be observed


Where a grant is paid under these Regulations the governors of the School shall comply with such requirements (including requirements as to the repayment of the grant or the payment to the Secretary of State of other sums representing the value of the refurbishment carried out with the aid of grant or interest on sums due to him) as may be specified by the Secretary of State.
