# The Education (Grants) (Wells Cathedral School) Regulations 2000, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations authorise the Secretary of State to pay a grant to the Governors of the Wells Cathedral School, to help meet the expenditure to be incurred by them in acquiring additional new premises for the School. Payment is subect to such conditions and requirements as the Secretary of State may specify.
