This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of an omission in S.I. 1988/1800 and 1988/1801 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those Statutory Instruments.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 122(1) and (3) of and paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 7 to the Education Reform Act 1988^f1the Secretary of State for Education and Science, having obtained the consent of the local education authority concerned with the institution known as the Winchester School of Art as required by section 122(5) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
