# The Education (Higher Education Corporations) (Amendment) Order 1988, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Education (Higher Education Corporations) (No. 2) Order 1988 and the Education (Higher Education Corporations) (No. 3) Order 1988 by giving the names under which the new corporations referred to in those Orders shall be established.
