# The Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2004, Article 1: Citation, commencement, application and revocation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 8th November 2004.
(2) This Order only applies to England.
(3) The Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2002 is revoked.
