# The Education (Listed Bodies) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2022, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 5th December 2022
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 216(2) of the Education Reform Act 1988, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
