  "text": "The condition specified in this regulation is—\n(a) unless paragraph (b) or (c) applies, that a person responsible for the student was ordinarily resident in a relevant area on any date during the relevant period;\n(b) where the student was an independent student, that the student was ordinarily resident in a relevant area on any date during the relevant period; or\n(c) that the student was a looked after student at any time during the relevant period.",
