# The Education Maintenance Allowances (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st August 2011
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(f) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
