# The Education Maintenance Allowances (Wales) (Revocation) Regulations 2009, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Education Maintenance Allowances (Wales) (Revocation) Regulations 2009.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 24 April 2009 and apply in relation to Wales.
