# The Education (Mandatory Awards) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1994, Regulation 3


In regulation 2—
(a) in the definition of “European student” delete the words “relevant territory” and replace them with the words “European Economic Area”; and
(b) delete the definition of “relevant territory”.
