Regulation 2

In Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Education (Mandatory Awards) Regulations 1987^f1—

(a)

at the end of paragraph 1(1)(j) there shall be added the words “, any income support under Part II of the Social Security Act 1986^f2 or any transitional addition, personal expenses addition or special transitional addition payable under Part II of the Income Support (Transitional) Regulations 1987^f3;”; and

(b)

at the end of paragraph 1(1)(l) there shall be added the words “or any housing benefit under Part II of the Social Security Act 1986;”.

(c)

in paragraph 1(1)(r) there shall be substituted for the word “ERAMUS” the word “ERASMUS”.
