Coming into force 17th April 1991
The Secretary of State for Education and Science, in exercise of thepowers conferred by sections 1 and 4(2) of, and paragraphs 3 and 4 ofSchedule 1 to, the Education Act 1962 and section 3(1) and (3) of the Education Act 1973, hereby makes the following Regulations:
