  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made to correct an error in S.I. 1991/1838 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nEDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 28th February 1992\nLaid before Parliament 2nd March 1992\nComing into force 23rd March 1992\nThe Secretary of State for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 4(2) of, and paragraphs 3 and 4 of Schedule 1 to, the Education Act 1962 hereby makes the following Regulations:",
