  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend paragraph 4(2)(a) of Part II of Schedule 3 to the Education (Mandatory Awards) Regulations 1991 so that the parental contribution is to be assessed as if the figure of £45 instead of £60 had been given when that paragraph was first brought into force.",
