  "text": "For paragraph 4(2)(a) of Part II of Schedule 3 to the Education (Mandatory Awards) Regulations 1991 there shall be substituted the following–\n“(a) in any case in which the residual income is £12,650 or more but less than £16,170, such sum as will result (with the addition of £1 for every complete £10.25 by which the residual income exceeds £12,650) in the maintenance grant in respect of any year commencing on or after 1st September 1991 equalling the maintenance grant that would have been payable had this sub-paragraph specified £45 instead of £60 on that date;”.",
