# The Education (Mandatory Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 2


The Education (Mandatory Awards) (No. 2) Regulations 1993 are amended in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 3 by adding the following sub-paragraph to the end: “(v) any payment made to the student as a “Career Development Loan” in pursuance of section 2 of the Employment and Training Act 1973”.
