# The Education (Mandatory Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Regulation 4


In regulations 12(7)(a) and 23 after the words “Health Services and Public Health Act 1968” insert the words “or article 44 of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972”.
