# The Education (Mandatory Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 4


(1) Schedule 5 (Sandwich Courses) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(1)(e) omit “a necessary”.
(3) For paragraph (1)(1)(g)(i) substitute—
“(i) a Health Authority or a Strategic Health Authority established pursuant to section 8 of the National Health Service Act 1977 or a Special Health Authority established pursuant to section 11 of that Act;”.
