  "text": "(1) Regulation 2 shall be amended in accordance with this regulation.\n(2) For “Swiss Agreement” there shall be substituted “Switzerland Agreement”.\n(3) The following shall be inserted after the definition of “Metropolitan Police District”:—\n““new academic term” means any academic term beginning on or after 1 September 2004;\n“new payment” means a payment made under these Regulations as amended by the Education (Mandatory Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 2004;\n“old payment” means a payment which would have been made under these Regulations if they had not been amended by the Education (Mandatory Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 2004.”",
