  "text": "(1) Regulation 6 shall be amended in accordance with this regulation.\n(2) The following shall be substituted for paragraph (3)—\n“(3) The payment to be made in relation to any new academic term shall be a new payment, and the payment in relation to any other academic term shall be an old payment, and a payment in relation to any year shall be calculated accordingly.”\n(3) Paragraph (4) shall be omitted.",
