  "text": "EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 26th July 2005\nLaid before Parliament 3rd August 2005\nComing into force 1st September 2005\nThe Secretary of State for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 1 and 4(2) of the Education Act 1962 and sections 3(1) and (2) of the Education Act 1973, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
