# The Education (Mandatory Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 10: Amendment of the Principal Regulations


(1) Regulation 13 is amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) After paragraph (1), insert—
“(1A) Paragraph 1(a) to (c) shall not apply in the case of a category 2 European student.”.
