  "text": "(1) Schedule 4 is amended in accordance with this regulation.\n(2) For paragraph 2(2), substitute—\n“(2) In the case of such a student the sum to be disregarded under paragraph 1(1)(a) of Schedule 3 shall be £2,055 instead of £945.”.\n(3) Omit paragraph 3.",
